Chris de Feijter EdD. · September 24, 2020

The Positive Mindfulness™ course is an evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with implementing Mindfulness into their daily life. The course addresses the essential building blocks of mindfulness in 7 sessions and then integrates these building blocks in session 8. Evidence-based components of modern Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy are combined with meditation practices from classical Buddhist traditions. After completing this course, participants have learned to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives in a meaningful way, and have gained a deeper understanding of the essence of Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.
